महोदय, ग्रामीण अंचल की अधिकतर सड़के अपनी गुणवत्ता से ज्यादा जल जमाव से टूटती हैं।और उत्तर प्रदेश में गड्डा मुक्त के नाम पर अधिकारी गण धन का दुरुपयोग कर रहे हैं।लोग सड़क के किनारे तक मिट्टी पाट देते हैं जिससे पानी निकलने में दिक्कत होती है और जलजमाव के कारण सड़के टूट जाती हैं।हर सड़क के किनारे कम से कम 5 मी0 जमीन छोड़ी जाय जिसपर किसी भी प्रकार का अतिक्रमण न हो और उसकी निगरानी भी की जाय।वह 5 मी0 जमीन सड़क से नीचे हो।ज्यादातर आबादी क्षेत्रो में सड़के टूटती हैं उसी गुणवत्ता की सड़क जहाँ आबादी नही है नही ...

Hon. sir, recently the monsoons hve started and one day I went to the market where I got struck because of the sudden heavy rainfall. while standing under the shade and continuously noticing the activities near by I thought that how these rains without proper management can prove to be very difficult for the people. how about we start a shade footpath everywhere? this will have numerous benefits. 1) encourage walking 2) safe and conducive and many more in every part of the country.
