In के जरिये अपना एक विनम्र सुझाव प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी और उनकी सरकार को संक्षेप मे देना चाहता हूं। ऐसी कोई कानूनी व्यवस्था या नितिगत व्यवस्था बनाई जानी चाहिए जिसके जरिए केन्द्र से विभिन्न राज्यों में जनपदों के विकास के लिए भेजा जाने वाला पैसा सीधे जनपद में चला जाय। (राज्य सरकार के सरकारी तंत्र को बीच की कड़ी न बनाया जाय। क्यों कि जनपदों में खर्च के लिए भेजा जाने वाला सारे पैसे की बंदरबांट राज्य के सचिवालय में ही हो जाती है और जनपद तक एक चौथाई धन भी नहीं पहुंचता।)
