Sir, Modicare bring smile to poor ,due to financial problem i could not afford treatment cost of my mother.Because most of the hospital denied to accept rsby card, most of the hospital charged extra money. nobody listen our complain ,because insurance company and hospital authority both exploiting the poor and govt close it eyes.
