It be made applicable to all foodgrains, pulses,oil-seeds,perishable fruits vegetables too.Alternatively, can apply Telangana State Formula across India on MSP. This was endorsed by SBI chief, stating it helped them in its recovery too in Telangana. MSP across India is a must for making "खुशहाली शेती सभी किसानोंको" a reality.Funds needed can b by applying PMGKY Tax on all, existing undeserving exemptions
