Respected PM Sir, lt is time to make liberal policies to attract youth of our country towards private sector. Major factor of govt. job crazy is high scale remuneration and guaranteed promotion package. unexpected earnings through corruption & fraud. people of our country now-a-days prefers everything private except private employment. Hospital, School, College, Transportation, Hospitality, Banking run by private sectors is 1st choice now than that of run by govt. While only govt job is 1st choice. Please think over the issue deeply and make required reforms to minimise the gap. Many many unfair practices going on in govt offices, corporations & organisations. Please increase packages, gratuity, Bonus, promotion and pension in organised private sectors through a national wage board set up by central government to regulate, implement and monitor.

भारत के वर्त्तमान स्वरुप में बदलाव लाना सिर्फ एक ही क्षेत्र में बहुत आवश्यक है, और वो है शिक्षा..... देश के विकास के लिए शिक्षा से बेहतर और कोई उपक्रम नही है । हमें ये जानना होगा की शिक्षा के साथ साथ बच्चो को वो ज्ञान भी देना होगा जो हमारे ऋषि मुनियों ने वर्षो की तप के बाद अर्जित किया था। ......आज वो ज्ञान सुलभ होते हुए भी बच्चों को उपलब्ध नही है इसलिए मेरी आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी से ये प्रार्थना है की वे बच्चो के लिए उनके विषयों के ज्ञान के साथ साथ शास्त्रों का प्राथमिक ज्ञान भी आवश्यक है। आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मूल संरचना के साथ साथ नीव पर ध्यान देना भी आवश्यक है अतः बच्चों की नीव को सशख्त बनाने के लिए प्रयास आवश्यक हैं ।

Namaste Modi ji 🙏, agricultures is a main source of income for 55 % population of India. Now due to use of chemical fertiliser soil health may get degraded and to preserve natural water resources. Chances of crop production per hectare may be reduced and farmers income may reduced due to low production in future as soil became saline and salty and water became harder. In this regard I suggest it is a need to go for Soil testing before crop season and use of fertiliser as per recommendation of soil testing. Importance of Soil testing awareness amongst the farmers to be done further Soil testing may be incentivised by giving interest incentives on kIsan credit cards who are doing soil testing regularly.

I am here to tell you about our roads and society people here release their rooftop water on the roads during rainy season and whenever they wash their roof or house and this is disgusting, whenever we want use to go out for College or visiting temple the water falls over our head and body plzz take some actions on these and one more thing is about the people who use to pet cows and buffaloes they leave their animals on road after having milk from them and they also leave out the Bulls just after taking birth they think that they won't get any profit from bulls so they throws them out and also cows after they get aged plzzz sir think about alit and take actions on it.

Dear Mr Prime Minister I am a teacher teaching senior classes in a well established school of Gurgaon. Recently I came across with your SWAYAM and MoOCS portal. I would like to appreciate your government for running such portals aiming to establish atmanirbhar bharat. But unfortunately inspite of enrolling our maximum students to this portal parents are spending lakhs of money in private coaching for preparation of competitive exams. Sir, my humble request to you is pls announce in your address about these exceptional portals and appeal the parents and the schools to use these portals for the students. Secondally I request you to begin or announce if already begun, the portals for mental well-being of the students as it has been observed that our young generation is loosing the power of resilience and acceptance gradually.
