Gender-biased laws in India have sparked debate, with some legal provisions seen as favoring one gender. For instance, Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, meant to protect women from domestic violence, is often criticized for being misused against men. In divorce cases, men are frequently required to pay high maintenance and alimony, which some argue is unfair and places undue financial burden on them. Additionally, the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act tends to place more financial responsibility on sons rather than daughters. While these laws aim to correct historical gender disparities, they sometimes lead to reverse discrimination and imbalance in the legal system.

Dear Modi Ji, I am one among the middle class in a decent Corporate job and nearing retirement. The recent budget proposals on income-tax have prompted me to write this message to your good selves. The Finance Ministry has been ruthlessness with the middle class & salaried people. No significant tax benefits in the last ten years, though the direct and indirect tax collection volume has going up multifold. My observations on the plight of middle class salaried people is hereby shared. About 50% of the income is gone in the form of income-tax plus GST on various types expenditure together. Inflation in country is more than what the WP Index shows. Savings potential has become very limited due to all the above factors. Interest from savings schemes is not adequate. Many middle class people have invested in stock market for growing their income to meet retirement goals. In such a scenario increasing income-tax rates on capital gains in recent budget is not digestible.

1. There is very less time given in schools and colleges to nurture sports. In schools it may be just 30 minute sports period per week Suggestion : 5 days a week for classes and Extra Curricular activities on Saturday. Like in my school the options were Physics Hobby Class, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Games 2. Technology should be used for vigilance of our border areas. We still find bamboo based fences in Bangladesh Border. We should have high imaging devices to pro actively find the illegal tunnels or caves in the area. 3. There should be regular survey of our registered lands as we find that in Rural areas people keep staying illegally and make their place of worship to influence the locals. 4. There should be a public portal and regular update of missing people as we read in reports that lots of our natives are being kidnapped at young age and converted.

Respected Sir There are two basic but essential issues 1) Road safety - Please stress on the fact that everyone follows traffic rules diligently. Wearing of helmets, seat belts and safety gear is utmost important.Again and again people have to be reminded about this. 2) Waste management - The state Government and administration should have a well planned waste management system ot only for towns but also for villages. Best waste management system should be adopted at the earliest. Kindly include these in detail
