Dear sir Every 4th women of cervical cancer lives in India. Nearly 70 percent of them die due to this cancer If we want to eliminate cervical cancer by 2030 then we have to introduce hpv vaccination amongst 9-14 year population and also increase cervical cancer screening to 70 percent. Gov has introduced a cervical cancer screening program since 2013 but unfortunately coverage is nearly 2 percent by the current method of screening (visual inspection of acetic acid). Sir hpv based screening is available in India but the cost of the kit makes it difficult for the state to adopt for universal screening. India has committed cervical cancer elimination targets of 2030.Sir there is a need to initially provisioned budget for HPV based screening in national health mission and accelerate research and development for low cost hpv kit.

Since few years, it is seen that Flood occurs in the Cities/ Towns only due to Rain. It is due to blockage of drains by throwing polythene/ plastic bags, bottles/ canes of beverages. During flood condition, accidents also occur which is known to everyone. Government should be very very strict and throwing of polythene/ plastic/ bottles/ canes should be banned. Heavy fine to be imposed (just like fine imposed in case of non obeying of Traffic Rules) to prevent flood in the cities and to prevent accidents and to save lives.

Dear honorable PM, An idea that could possibly help in shaping sports enthusiasm in the country is to introduce different sports as per seasons. For example, Students in every school across India can play: February to April> cricket season May to July > football season August to October > hockey season November to January > athletics/ indoor games The idea is that every school across India focuses on generating interest in different games, creating team spirit & also conducting inter school sports programs. When a sport is played by the entire class then it will be easier to search for potential in students. The next step is to provide coaching in sports so that the rules of the game become clear, techniques can be developed in students for each sport and exploring the possibilities of relocating such children to district headquarters for coaching & studies for preparing them for state level, national level, Asian level or Olympic games.

सर मुझे 2014 का लाल किले से दिया वो भाषण याद है, जिसमें आपने जिक्र किया था कि दिल्ली में ट्रैफिक जाम की भी खबरें बनती हैंi अपना वादा किया था कि इसका समाधान निकलेंगेi लेकिन दुर्भाग्य से आज दस साल बाद भी समस्या वही है i इतने सारे फ्लाईओवर, अंडरपास, सड़कें निर्माण करने के बाद भी कोई राहत नहीं है। समस्या की जड़ दिल्ली खुद है, क्योंकि देश ही राजधानी होने के नाते, हर इंसान रोजगार, व्यापार, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, मज़दूरी के लिए दिल्ली भागता हेi जब तक ये दिल्ली की दौड़ बंद नहीं होगी कितने भी संसाधन ज़ुटा लें वो अपर्याप्त ही होंगेi सुझाव: 1. राजनीति या व्यावसायिक कार्यालयों को सिर्फ दिल्ली तक ही सीमित न रखा जाए। कार्यालयों, मंत्रालयों, स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा सुविधाओं को देश के अल्प विकसित क्षेत्रों में स्थानान्तरित किया जाए ताकि उन क्षेत्रों का भी विकास हो सके और रोजगार बढ़े। 2. वाहनों का पंजीकरण नियंत्रित करना होगा, मतलब प्रति परिवार निश्चित संख्या से ज़्यादा वाहनों का पंजीकरण मान्य ना हो। 3.सार्वजनिक परिवहन को सुगम, सुरक्षित, सुविधाजनक, सुचारु बनाया जाए ताकि ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग उपयोग करेंi
