Safety of Shunt-man / CW Fitter in Locomotive use in shunting movement in Indian Railways. Many accidents happen due to negligence of Loco Driver. Locomotives have a key called "Reversal" which allows forward / reverse movements. During shunting movements Shunt-man / CW Fitter are working between Rail Track for coupler alignment, Brake pipe Joining, pressure leakage checking Etc. By removing "Reversal" and handing it over to Shunting Master / Shunt-man / CW Fitter Loco Driver can not Run Locomotive. Human life is precious by implementing this practice will safeguard against accidents in Indian Railways.

There Should be a portal for Tax Payers. They should have a level of gold silver bronze etc.. deciding factor for level should be tax contribution. They should also get benefit at government insstitutions. Based on their level they can request a development around their area or in city. Government should take that task on priority. Respective department should be responsible for that task and they should update the progress on regular basis. Also there should be provision for greivance. Government should be held responsible to tax payers. There should be new schemes to business and entreprenureships where these tax payers should get priority.
