All the rivers (tributaries and dis tributaries) should be joined or linked with each other. 3. Strict actions on illegal constructions. 4. SDG 2030 agenda should be taken care.

Respected PM, I am a citizen of India, and I am not happy with the animal act 1960. Animals are suffering due to weak laws and insufficient penalties. We can make a powerful impact and bring about the change our animal citizens desperately need.In 1960, The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act was introduced, However, after 63 years the penalty for cruelty to animals is still 50?? WE need to step up and make some powerful laws and penalties under strict supervision.People are killing dogs, nd dislocate them. They r killing cows and bulls in Delhi without any fear of police nd govt just bcz of kejriwal sarkar. In Kedarnath - people are treating poor animals like hell which is a world known thing now.And, As a Human Being, It's our duty to do something for these animals.I don't have power and position to do anything on a bigger screen but You are The PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA you have power, position and resources to do anything & everything for this voiceless

INCOME TAX .. Sir our country is just like a joint family. Every earning member contributes for the overall expenses. But if 70% do not how long can a family survive. Tax payers are an asset for the country .. A GOLDEN RULE .. can fill our treasurey with DIAMONDS.. At present IT system " The percentage of tax INCREASES with the increase in income".. a simple viceversa change " The percentage of tax should DECREASE with the increase in income".. Every citizen of india will work harder and harder to increase his income .. why ? because then he'll have less tax liability . There are many other total 11 more GOLDEN RULES . I will disclose only if Honorable Prime Minister wants me to do so .. Sir, One lottery system should be in India as like in another countries. Draw & Results of that lottery system should be on monthly or quarterly or on the festival. Now the lottery system available in only some state as like Punjab, Nagaland & Kerala. Lottery system also make financially strong the state or country. If ticket price will Rs 50 to Rs 100..& if purchased minimum 10 crore lottery tickets in India then we can make strong financial position of our country & also make luck of people.

Reservation system should be on poverty basis.. I hate it everytime when I see I need to pay 700-1500 rs to bill a vacancy form but others just need to pay from zero to 350 rs... Making me not to fill form because of my financial issues.
