Hello, my name is Manikandan, PM, if you think you can change the capital letter of India, if you do, your photo will appear in all textbooks from 1st to college. 1) Every citizen in India shall maintain personal balance of up to three lakhs in cash and five lakhs in his bank account. Those who have business needs should keep up to five lakhs in their hand and up to ten lakhs in their bank account. Above that they have to pay the money they have into a single bank account created for the government. Those who need it can also get the receipt. A notice should be issued to that effect and a law should be issued stating that strict action will be taken against them if they fail to do so. This will eliminate all black money. Also, we can give the money obtained from us as a loan without interest to the poor and needy people who ask for money for their needs. DUPLICATION OF WORK EATING IN BUDGET GRANTS I have seen duplication of work merely to spend budgetary allocation. This I suppose deficiency in planning & it could be a corrupt mindset. In Pune I have seen good roads are dug and concrete road were built. Actually, this practice could be avoided. There are areas of India needing pukka road ,the grants could be better used there . Finding out such duplication of work (merely unnecessary) is difficult to pinpoint but precise reporting from third party (no face) could well prevent such practices as far as possible. e rampant in flooring and road carpeting ;so also nowadays I am seeing roads (in city) are wall to wall sometimes above plinth level and no escape arrangement for rain water and it actually invite easy flooding of rain water. To quote my experience when I was working as Medical Officer at PHC ,the engineer has chosen to work of flooring which was not a demand but the PHC was needing electrical works
