Jai Hind My idea is about to improve sewer line of small communities by improvement in sewer pipe with the help of improved sewer pipes . We can create different layer made up of stainless steel ,sand and charcoal which help in filtration of sewer at initial level and waste can be used as manure . These small initiatives can make big differences . These will also improve conditions of rivers in India .

All motor vehicles should have prominent display of number plates. One can see many trucks and vans have the number plates hidden behind the safety guards or not clearly visible because of improper painting or old painting or soiled with mud etc. RTOs should catch such vehicles and set right the condition by imposing severe penalty. There is every chance such vehicles will escape if an accident is involved or will not obey the traffic rules and regulations as no one can catch them. Need of the hour to set right the poor conditions and ensure road safety at all times by RTOs.

Dear Sir/Madam, I want to propose a few points to Center Govt to help reform in some areas at least for Honest Tax Payers. 1. Whoever is paying taxes more than 15% should be eligible for Free medical treatment(OPD, Consultation, Surgeries, etc.) in any Govt and Private Hospital. This practice is followed by many countries in the world like UK, Canada, etc. This is the main reason why people migrate from Bharat to other countries. 2. Whoever is paying taxes more than 15%, Their Kids should get Free education in All Govt and Private Educational Institutes. This practice is followed by many countries in the world like UK, Germany, etc. Another reason why people migrate from Bharat to other countries. 3. Benefits should be directly linked to our Aadhar/PAN cards for simplification.

Vehicles should have proper rear lights. Autorickshaws , Trucks and Vans mostly do not have rear lights in working condition. One would never know whether the vehicle is moving or going to take a left or right turn because of non working of the indicator lights. Especially in the night time this is very dangerous. There is no monitoring mechanism for such vehicles by RTOs to penalise and set right conditions. Many accidents happen because of this condition. No vehicle should ply on roads without proper indicator lighting systems through effective monitoring and penalising mechanisms.

To ensure road safety lane discipline is absolutely important. On highways one can see slow moving vehicles like heavy trucks would occupy the fast lane. As a result fast moving vehicles have to switch to medium lane or slow lane to over take the heavy vehicles. To overcome this there needs to be speed indicators for the different lanes adequately displayed overhead. Vehicles to decide the lanes as per their speed limits. This will ensure accident free travel , fuel economy and time savings.

श्रीमान मै आपका ध्यान देश में बांग्लादेश और बर्मा के तरफ से हो रहे अवैध घुसपैठ की ओर आकृष्ट कराते हुए अनुरोधपूर्वक कहना चाहूँगा की इस घुसपैठ को अविलम्ब रोकने की कठोर कार्रवाई करने की कृपा करे. देश की सीमाओं की सुरक्षा और किसी प्रकार की घुसपैठ को रोकने की जिम्मेदारी सिर्फ और सिर्फ केंद्र सरकार की है लेकिन आपकी असफलता के कारण रोह्निगीय और कूकी लोग देश की सीमाओं में घुस कर पुरे देश और सीमावर्ती राज्यों में आतंक फैला रहा अहै जिसका खामोयाजा देश के नागरिकों के साथ साथ आपकी सरकार को भी भुगतना पड रहा है. देश की सीमाओं पर हमारे जवान तैनात है लेकिन या तो वो भ्रस्टाचार में लिप्त है या फिर इतने अक्षम है की हो रहे घुसपैठ को रोक नही पा रहे है. श्रीमान हो सकता है के ये आपके लिए सामान्य सी समस्या लग रही हो लेकिन इसके कारण देश एक टाइम बम पर बैठा हुआ जो कभी भी फट सकता है और इसका विस्फोट इतना भयानक होगा की आपके पास सिर्फ पछताने के सिवा कुछ नही बचेगा. अतः अनुरोध है की सीमा की सुरक्षा में लगे जवानों को इस घुसपैठ को रोकने में ससमय सक्षम बनाया जाय तथा भ्रस्टाचार में लिप्त लोगो पर कठोर कार्रवाइ की जाय .

Sir, Request your government to intervene and start taking care of roads of capital cities of states , if you really have intension to save fuel and environment.. Example :- I see Bangalore roads are full of potholes and garbage dumped at both sides of the roads, due to which there is always slow moving traffic and unhygienic. I feel the state governments are not proritizing maintenance of roads. we need NHAI like organization to handle these roads. We can save lot of fuel if the condition of roads improve.
