We should have National wage policy wherein people having same skill sets irrespective of state where they are working should draw same salary

Pension must be linked to the number of year one worked. Since there are a wast disparity in the salary structure during the span of 10-15 years, the last drawn salary alone must not be criteria. It must be a variable figure connecting no. of years and the relevant cost of living index. In Kerala most of the departments are paying pension more than the salary paid for existing employees. Also there must be proper utilization of the existing staff before recruiting more and more people.

Review present Pension schemes. Pension age must be uniform. Lucky that they got the job, while manifold aspirants were on line. During their tenure they looked after their family and educated their children with salary and associated benefits and concessions, while the left out people were struggling to make both end meet. So all citizen of India must be paid pension. Again a person worked for 40 years and other one with 15 years are paid for 20 years on an average based on the last salary.

Huge money is lost to railways through misuse Free Privlege Pass to Railway Employees. They are used like season ticket by employees to make dozens of journey, though legally only one journey can be performed. The pass should be exchanged to ticket while travelling. Ths will prevent multiple journey being performed on single pass. When you consider the fact that there are 13lakhs employees and another 3-4lakhs retired staff the loss to government is enormous.

In the peak season..depute Air India frequent flights to Patna, Lucknow, varanasi at least for 10-15 days. And keep the price fixed .......3000-4000 rs. In this season we will have heavy bookings. It wud shift the premium class passangers/ 2A /1A passangers to flights and lower income group people will get seats. It wont finish the problem but wud lesser it so much. It wud creat job also.

Which i find worthless. It means overall if u have money only then u can travel. I mean in peak time once sleeper class tct costing 700 goes 4500. It means labor class again cant travel. Earlier bcz of non avaibility now bcz of higher price they can travel. So I find it not working well. I have a good suggestion for this but i dont know wheter u like or not. and my suggestino wud create jobs and wud solve problem as well.
