15 अगस्त 2014 को लाल किले से सभी भारतीयों को संबोधित करते प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा था की योजना आयोग की जगह एक नई संस्था की स्थापना की जाएगी जो 21 वीं सदी के भारत की आकांक्षाओं और आधुनिक समय के साथ अपने दायित्वों का निर्वाह कर सके। साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री जी ने राष्ट्र की प्रगति में राज्यों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर बल दिया था।

इस मंच के माध्यम से इस प्रस्तावित संस्था की संरचना, संघटक और कामकाज के क्षेत्र के संबंध में आपके नवीन विचारों को आमंत्रित किया गया है। आपको अपनी प्रविष्टि में इस प्रस्तावित संस्था के संबंध में यह ध्यान देना है की यह संस्था केन्द्र-राज्य समन्वय बढ़ाने और भारत के संघीय ढांचे के लिए कैसे सहायक हो सकती है।

Sir, debts of the country should have to be cleared by black money which was lying in the country and in the banks outside the country then only we can skip paying interest from the annual budget which is largely effecting the interest of the country. More income from particular state or institution means more allotment of the funds in budget allocation. strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the country should be placed for discussion. the works in villages taken up by 1 authorit

Akbar had navratans in his court to guide him in his rule. This worked so well that he was named Akbar-the great.With this platform, select your think tankers. Educate them in details about how system works.This will enable them to generate more innovative ideas.Employ them on freelance basis.It will bring more professionalism and popularize this medium as well.

Dear sir I would like to take your attention for the e rickshaw issue in delhi as we know that this has been banned to operate by honable high court for plying them under the law in this I would like to suggest/ request that the urgent attention is needed in the matter as the segment which was plying them is below poverty line and most have taken these on private finance on very heavy rates if can regulate these under municipal corporation under bylaws of battery operated cart which will ease

Replacement of the institution must be done with an active body.The new institution must be made autonomous to make short term plans for single year and of even shorter durations if possible.The term of service of those members must also be kept short,and after that duration,new members must be elected.The new institution must have different departments for different areas.The plans and their execution and final consequences must be made public and the performance must be monitored.

Make an entity which is headed by the Hon. PM and divided in two parts, one for urban and one for rural India. Each entity set there targets in terms of growth for different fields like infra, education, industry setup, employment, health services, connectivity and etc. Make the targets realistic and yearly. Yearly target will help in analyzing the real movement towards the goal. After every year what has to be done and what has been done should be made public.

Close it !! Its Nehru-ial Form of Most Corrupt Organisation.......... We need Indian System of Governance - Rajya Development as described by Chanakya. All system currently is Slavery System which British laid on us and we followed as Slaves .............. Indian System of Education, Learning, Rules and Planning is to be re-established which only Current Modi govt can do as Congress is Still in state of Slavery and Self Motive Spirit.

My post left out on departments Agriculture/Industries / Employment / EXIM / Poverty/Unemployment/Education/Resource Management these departments should be individual bodies with well educated I.A.S officials as team members with a target to be achieved. .many more depts can be added to what I hv mentioned concentration on these depts. can improve economy to a large extent.

Namaskar Hon.PM Depts like agriculture/Industries/Employment/infrastructure/Poverty/EXIM/ should be created each dept should hv set of development plans which should be executed and target to be achieved and PM should be heading all depts. With equal targets for all states.This will paveway for concentrated work on particular department and no intervention from any political leader as these depts should be handed over to IAS officers.Need to write more but no space left hope to get an email id
