Govt is afraid of lawyers and that’s why GST is to be paid by payer not receiver? Why this discrimination? Reverse charge GST is a failure of govt to avoid litigations. Corruption is making new highs everywhere but it looks like it’s no where in govt’s agenda. We can live with corruption in judiciary because we don’t deal with them daily but it really hurts in daily life at govt offices. But who cares?

govt want to do ease of doing business easy, but many issue irritates discourage, this happens when different office has own ways of functioning and all such offices think they are authority. trend implemented by coastal panchayat,initially for starting business or shop local authority license is must,which is place of business. then yearly tax. BUTREND INCIATED by panchayat for "business license renewal" panchayat decide under member's meeting ,which business /shop allowed for yearly renewal license .then permited to pay taxes.

Hon,ble PM sir, To say the words of "Ease of living"and "Easy of Doing business " is very simple, but it is very difficulty in implimenting this task in practically. As because, so many companies are Registering with Registrar of companies, as an investor in Equity share market . I faced lot of problems even after lodging a complaint before the Registrar of companies at Hyderabad in AP 20 years back on "Nagarjuna capital Markets Ltd" in this company I have invested 5,000 and received my Equity share certicates to that amount from said company,but it is not listed on any stock Exchange till today and I have issued several notices ,but it is not served to them and no reply to my complaint. So what to do now. I thought that ,to proceed legally in the court of law to recover my amount, is more expensive and I left over this matter voluntarily. Like wise me, so many investors are in market. Pl.do the needful justice to investors in Equity markets. It is my opinion only.
