Our Beloved Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi ji, For us as parents, our children are the most valued asset, and 99.99% parents spend their lifetime and earnings for the upbringing of their children. After the parents leave this world there is a law which makes the children owner of their property and other assets. However, there is no law which binds the children to take care of the well-being of their parents after they retire. In the income tax structure, my request is to introduce some kind of TDS/Cess which is mandatorily deducted from the income of son and credited to the account of retired parents till the time they live in this world. Once the parents leave this world that TDS/Cess should be transferred to the senior citizen fund and help in serving those elderlies who do not have children in this world. I am available for the discussion on this topic anytime and look forward for your consideration in the next budget.

Respected Prime Minister..now the days old age peoples are suffering a major problem that they are not getting legal aid,those who are felt in civil disputes like partition,other civil nature issues they are not getting a verdict /Judgement till death,they cannot enjoy the benifites from their share..so please think a remedy for them...my mother having 74 years old lady Mrs K P TAHANKAM last 16 years waiting for a judgement..for her family share dispute ( own brothers are cheating,they done impersonation at court and make fake document...so pls do needful order for consider the old lady civil case....thanking you.......

Respected Prime Minister Sir, I would like to suggest two points for common masses better living: 1. It is seen that roads and side areas in most sectors or towns are not clean and contain dirt. My idea is if two people (women also) are appointed for keeping clean as well as gardening around roads both side for each stretch of road, it will serve purpose of full time employment to needy people and help clean and green India. Instead of free ration they are provided employment will be much better. Will provide pride to them. They can be appointed under each municipality. 2. Sir, presently there are Govt schemes for SC, ST, Minority etc. But I do not see any scheme for Children who lost both parents and are from poor family. They have no means to stand up own their own and live a life. This I have seen in reality. No admission priority or concession and no priority on Govt jobs. Even if they become graduate by some means getting job is very difficult as no good background. Arun

Eradicate/reduce corruption in govt departments - this shall be the single most effective factor for ease of living and doing business. Very high corruption, no transparency in land and property related matters. citizens pay property tax for more than 15-20-30years but do not get property cards without troublesome paper work and greasing the palms.

While indirect tax or GST paid by poor and lower middle class along with others is around 15% average, a person earning Rs. 9 lakh p.a pays just Rs. 45,000 or 5% direct tax or Income Tax making the poor more poorer! So reduce GST and increase Income Tax above exempt level. Government needs tax revenue and online markets due to absence of middlemen shopkeepers sell at 33% less on average economically killing crores of Indian shopkeepers and physical markets hence, introduce additional 15-20% tax for online sale so that physical markets can compete with still 10-15% rate differences. Finally, online payments are good but 80% Indians including many senior citizens, little educated ones & those without smart phones can't take part so don't kill physical markets providing employment to crores of Indians by not providing enough smaller denomination currency notes as of now

govt can have a special tab on my gov app that lets citizens rate the project and contractor post implementation of the project.

Whether contractual, business, industrial or common civil disputes takes average 40+ years in India to get solved and same is over 20 years for criminal cases and the reasons are two! First compared to USA we in India have 50 times less number of judges per million population and secondly system of appeal should be restricted to only once to a next higher bench or court only as per the wish of any of the parties and people ready to pay much higher court fees for Speedy Justice instead of Tareekh

आदरणीय श्रीमान नरेन्द्र मोदी जी, प्रधानमंत्री, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली। विषय : - राजस्थान में 5वां करौली टाइगर रिजर्व, करौली में स्थापित किया जाने बाबत। श्रीमान जी, उपरोक्त विषय में निवेदन है कि रणथंभौर अभ्यारण्य के बफर क्षेत्र कैलादेवी अभ्यारण्य को रणथंभौर अभ्यारण्य से अलग कर करौली और धौलपुर के वन क्षेत्र को मिलाकर एक नया 5वां धौलपुर टाइगर रिजर्व के नाम से बनाया जा रहा है लेकिन इस टाइगर रिजर्व में 83 % से अधिक वन क्षेत्र आकांक्षी जिला करौली का है फिर भी करौली टाइगर रिजर्व ना बना कर धौलपुर टाइगर रिजर्व बनाने का कोई आधार नहीं है। जबकि कैलादेवी से धौलपुर 130 किमी दूर है और कूनो अभ्यारण्य मात्र 100 किमी दूर होने के साथ रणथंभौर अभ्यारण्य से लगा हुआ है। इसलिए श्रीमानजी से निवेदन है कि राजस्थान में अगर कहीं टाइगर रिजर्व बनाना है तो सिर्फ करौली जिला मुख्यालय पर ही बनाया जाए और करौली ही इसके लिए सबसे उपयुक्त स्थान रहेगा। अतः श्रीमानजी से निवेदन है कि राजस्थान में 5वां टाइगर रिजर्व करौली, जिला मुख्यालय पर ही घोषित कर स्थापित किया जाए। आपका, जितेन्द्र कुमार मित्तल।

Sir one of the major contributor in the economy is business done by the people in HAT BAZAR, if govement can provide them interest free loan through microfinancing channel. In my opinion the idenfication of these people to be done by some independent non government agency through stage wise questionnaire which will be answered by the people who engage in doing the HAT BAZAR for identifying their demand which may vary from person to person and provide them short term financial training cum collateral and interest free loan to them duly adopting feedback mechanism so that desired goal will be achieved.
