Govt needs to invest in education&health. Prepare video lessons by best teachers available for classes 1to12 and make available free to all on a pendrive/DVD/a portal. This solves problems of Govt schools with insufficient&poor quality teachers, curbs making education a trade. Resist temptation to provide tablets/laptops. Parents can make definitely one time investment of Rs.3000 to 5000. Can be modeled like www.khanacademy.org which I used for my son.
