to connect people with IT specially i am talking about the rural area people because i am also belong from rural area first of all i want to tell that they should be make aware of computer litracy in the village there is few people who know the about the computer even they dont know the use of computer so we should do them ready to get the knowledge about computer ,in the village there is no facility about the computer knowledge even in the school there is no computer

I think we are more concentrate on agricultural field also. by means now a days more straggles on this fields like low production,climate problem,market price and low utilization of land . So the govt. should take more action in agricultural field like more training to farmers and a observation committee also form to analogizing the situation.

Can Make all Rural Post Offices as Centers for E services for Rural India. till each home is digitally connected by proper bandwidth. To reduce the cost of Data usage on smartphones , fixed cost tarrifs may be approved and restriction on Data usage must go. This will help E services irrespective of locatioon

Many rural area of india are still not connected with BSNL BB.I belongs to a rural area name kamata, block- borigumma, dist- koraput,odisha. Here damaged landlines are not repaired since 10 year after friquently request to higher authority. Many official work places like lamps, panchayat,school, and person not got internet when they need it highly. Govt should improve OLD BSNL service all over india for better performance of digitalisation in rural area of india.

BY DEVELOPING DIRECT SELLING MODELS OF E-SERVICING.IT WILL GENERATE HUGE EMPLOYMENT ALONG WITH RAPID COMPLETION OF TARGETS. PROPER MARKETING ,GRIEVANCE SUPPORT ,TRAINING AND GUIDANCE TO "COMMON SERVICE CENTER" CAN MAKE SERIOUS CHANGES.

As we are working on Govt. Project. but still we have been recruited through Third Party Agencies and these agencies Paid a very unfair salary for our Managerial Post.Therefore it is request you to please look into this matter seriously so that we can get a salary which suits to our position in district.Post is Managerial but the salary we are being paid is not more than a Computer Operator.This may leads to Corruption in our Organizations.So it is your moral responsibility to resolve this issue
