why not all state government distribute led lights to every poor family and train them use it.six month ago electric department made coplusary to pass electricity to every household.then in my village more 70 % people stop using electricity due to their hight rate of electric bill.when im passing through my village to my home there is no light anyone home.they use kerosene for lighting.i think government have very expert to get follower.life of these people nevel be improve without light.

Energy is present in every aspect of life. However, to conserve energy (air, water, solar, space, nuclear etc.), we must have to secure the energy from being polluted. If we bond ourself as individual as well as socially to not to pollute the energy, which is being available to us through natural sources, then it means that we are leading toward energy conservation.

Sir, all electrical goods should be certified / rated & consumers made aware of the benefits of using rated goods & components. Digital electricity meters / water meters / piped metered LPG will all go towards increasing awareness in the end user. Increase the tax on uncertified electrical components - ban their use, as they may also cause unintended short circuiting. Make checking & replacement of LPG tubing mandatory annual practice with supply only by recognised LPG dealers, to avoid leakage.

Sir, make it mandatory for new building-complexes to have solar power, grey water recycling, rain water harvesting & minimal green cover. The development agencies should strictly enforce the green code. Certified green buildings with sensor lighting, higher solar power, stress on natural lighting / ventilation / cooling tiles, effective water conservation should be given tax breaks.

Sir, any good practice needs early initiation and sustained support. The need and benefits of respecting natural resources, conserving man made energy alternatives, use of renewable energy, should be inculcated from child hood, both at home and school. The government along with NGO's & educational institutions should run awareness campaigns in print/online & electronic media, conduct painting, science & debating competitions at school level. Award "green warrior" badges for school children.

Sir, to reduce the waste of electricity I have designed a smart street light system. In which all the sodium vapour lamps are replaced by LEDs.. And there are some sensors which find the direction of the moving objects and increase the intensity of the street lamps(>one) towards the direction of vehicle and after passing the vehicle intensity will decreased. not only that it is automatically turn-off in the day and this lamps are wirelessly controlled from the control room.

If I m able to give both things in jst half the current price of led street lights..... led lights and cctv cameras with installation and monitoring all just at half the current price of led lights. Quality will b same nt jst same will b better thn current ones. With 5yrs warranty on lights and 1 yr on cctv. It wld b lyk u jst have to pay me for lights. I dnt have new ideas bt I have ideas how to convrt lng trm invst into shrt trm name:- Sanatan patra contact:- 9930654362

Sir, A enrgy efficient city shld hv few points according to me it shld b smart enough to save gov money and give the maximum benefits... ex. Engry efficent lights on street and city surveillance. Engry efficent lights wld save engry and city surveillance will reduce the police 's burden for round ups which will save petrol and extra cost. The enrgy savings and saving through city surveillance will add up for a new investment. And what will peolple orelse u say I am able to give both

sir there are so many people who are wasting water & electricity without there intention of doing this when water tanks overflows if government makes mandatory for water tanks manufacturers to provide water tank overflow alarm (free of cost). and if an awareness program about water overflow alarm is driven i am sure it will save huge amount of water & electricity SANJEEV ARORA MUZAFFARNAGAR MOB. i have reduced my A.C. electricity bill by more than 60% by applying a layer of white lime (CHOONA) on the rooftop of my rooms, this very simple application has reduced temperature up to 8 degree this is truly very effective, not only me my so many friends, relatives & known are benefited with same procedure. the science behind this idea is that white surface of lime reflects sunlight resulting no heat absorption. if this is applied at national level it will save huge amount of electricity.
