भारत के विकास के तार कपड़ा क्षेत्र की सफलता से जुड़े हुए हैं। कृषि के साथ उद्योग का सहजीवी संबंध लाभार्थियों के क्षेत्र को विस्तृत करता है।
• 4.5 करोड़ लोग प्रत्यक्ष रूप से कार्यरत हैं जबकि अन्य 6 करोड़ अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से। इस क्षेत्र में महिलाओं और ग्रामीण आबादी की काफी हिस्सेदारी के साथ हैं।
• वस्त्र और परिधान में वैश्विक व्यापार का 5% हिस्सा भारत का है।
•इस क्षेत्र में भारत के सदियों पुराने ज्ञान और विशेषज्ञता ने इसे कुल निर्यात (2018-19) में 12% हिस्सेदारी के साथ दुनिया के दूसरे सबसे बड़े निर्माता और निर्यातक देश के रूप में स्थापित किया है।

और अब हम, कपड़ा मंत्रालय में, भारत के लिए वैश्विक नेता का दर्जा हासिल करने के लिए प्रयासरत हैं। माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व में सरकार निर्यात, गुणवत्ता और उत्पादकता, प्रतिस्पर्धा, प्रौद्योगिकी उन्नयन, अनुसंधान एवं विकास और प्रशिक्षण को बढ़ावा देकर आत्मनिर्भर भारत के मिशन को साकार करने के लिए नवाचार और प्रोत्साहन पर जोर दे रही है और इस उद्योग में कौशल विकास पर भी ध्यान दे रही है।

अब, हम अपने मिशन में तेजी लाने के लिए उद्योग के विशेषज्ञों, नवोन्मेषकों, छात्रों, व्यापार जगत के नेताओं और इस क्षेत्र के अन्य सभी योगदानकर्ताओं के सुझावों को जानने के लिए उत्सुक हैं। जैसा कि हम भारत की स्वतंत्रता के 75 वें वर्ष को मनाने जा रहे हैं, हम चाहते हैं कि कपड़ा उद्योग की सफलता में आपकी भागीदारी बढ़े।

Textile sector is labour intensive job. By focusing on textile sector india could create lots of employment. Many our neighboring countries are using the textile sector to grow quickly. Special textile zone should be created which has low taxes and basic infrastructure is ready. Since textile sector is water intensive sector so government should also focus on water sustainability in this sector. New technology should be adopted and course in higher education should be started to know more.

वंदे मातरम जय राजीववाद हमें भारत को भारतीयता की मान्यता के आधार पर फिर से खड़ा करना होगा उसके लिए कार्य करना होगा भाई राजीव दीक्षित जी के विचारों को सुनने और समझने की जरूरत है हम कैसे कपड़ा क्षेत्र में अपने खादी कपड़ों का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं साथ ही कुछ कड़े नियमों का भी लागू होना जरूरी है जैसे वर्तमान समय में कुछ कपड़े ऐसे बाजार में आते हैं जो कटे-फटे अर्धनग्न अवस्था में होते हैं चाहे वह पुरुषों के हो या स्त्रियों की इनमें रोग लगा के हमें भारतीय सभ्यता के अनुसार भारतीय संस्कृति को बनाए रखने हेतु

Police force can be made vibrant by conducting open civil service kind of exams at the central level and locally appointed like collectors instead of this being a state force which leads to more corruption and political vendetta. There should be transparent appointment procedures and they should be centrally transferred instead of having local transfers. Make the police force less corrupt. I saw a Tamil police hitting an innocent victim without ticket while Hindi police treated kindly.

Instead of shops of TASMAC, we can have local panankallu, tennankallu shops and also padani shops in villages which is actually good for health if not fermented for a long time by burying it in the sand and also putting many chemicals like batteries and other poisionous items (Illegal liquor). Government can give approval for this (Even local governments also) instead of Government TASMAC shops.

Next is Coconut, Palm, Neem, bamboo, plantain and Turmeric ... If we allow and train small entrepreneurs by getting patent for this, it will be able to help us build cheap houses through Coconut, Palm and Neem trees. If we get patent for these products, we can create good environment by preparing wooden,paper and leaf cups instead of porcelain,ever silver and glass cups which are not bio degradable. These products are having immense value and the cost of producing is coming around 50,000.

We can introduce a scheme in which by giving tailoring machine and threads at a low cost and helping them to export their products to other nations, we can become No.1 cotton cloth producer and No.1 Design Blouse, Kurthi,Bijama and fashion clothes producers in the world. Handloom is the Sustainable fashion which has no time stamp and should be marketed and supported. The transperancy to recognise the primary producers who contribute to the very existance of textile, like farmers cotton or livestock , tailors, supply chain workers . We need to organise the fashion industry to help support textiles of India. The big brands are somehow exploiting the living wages and working conditions of the avarage semi skilled worker. #Who made the threads I am wearing.

KHADI OR HANDLOOMS SCHOOL DRESSES MUST BE INTRODUCED AS WELL AS IT MUST BE THE 'ICON DRESS CODE' FOR ALL FACULTIES ATLEAST AT SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES , MANDATORY WISE. KHADI FAIRS MUST BE INTRODUCED CITY WISE, EVERY QUARTERLY . REQUEST ALL INDIAN SPIRITUAL GURUS TO INTRODUCE KHADI AS THEIR SATSANG DRESS CODE. ALL GOVT OFFICIALS MUST HAVE KHADI WEAR DRESS CODE ONLY. JAI HIND JAI KHADI. AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALLY WE ALL MUST IGNORE MACHINE MADE STUFFS.
