Solid Waste Management
I thinks that this single issue can solve many other problems in indian cities.Proper disposal of waste can resolve health issues. In any city SWM must be taken as an utmost important task in city development.
In Aurangabad,MH waste issue is becoming more serious day by day.I think that there must be a apex body at centre for SWM to resolve this problems. This only lead india into a Swachha Bharat.

Cities should be designed taking into account holistic nurturing of its citizenry. We need to have walkable paths, moderately wide plazas, bicycle routes and good transportation systems. My city Mumbai, has progressively lost a lot of above attributes.
#UrbanMobility
Malad has almost doubled in population but is still served by the same roads as that of 20 years ago. We need wider roads for walking & biking, fewer speedbreakers, & intelligent signaling systems predicting traffic patterns.

Smart cities are based on data. If you want data, you need sensors. It’s not like roads, buildings and street lights will wake up magically and start chatting about the weather. We need sensors to see, hear, smell, taste and feel on their behalf. A platform can then aggregate all their data and use it to make (or propose) decisions at speeds exceeding human capacity.
Sensors will measure temperature, traffic patterns, foot traffic, air quality and infrastructure integrity.................
