First issue birth certificate through Aadhar DataBase and than capture all students Aadhar. Identify number of children from each area which are not enrolled for school. See that their are enough govt school in teh area for such children and divert resources accordingly.

some people are fortunate that they take birth in rich families and one of the biggest advantage they have is they get to go to a big privet school,but what about the children who are not so fortunate.that is the problem,there is big distance between these both types of youths...the steps we can take are many but will take time and co-opration. what we can do is making public schools as good as privet so that any student that have the potential get the best. compulsory scholership programs.
