Sir, education is the great leveller. It is time we realise that a few brains cannot get India to the top spot, it has to be a collective effort. Basic school education should be available to all. Schools should be equipped, staff trained and teaching schedule formulated. More schools should be opened, if possible as part of CSR initiatives. Young adults who complete basic schooling should have aptitude assessment to guide them towards gaining practical skills towards employability.

Sir, I would say quality is important over quantity, the quality of education in govt schools should improve along with its curriculum. Sir please improve the infrastructure and facilities in government schools, along with teaching standards. Mid day meals, free books, school dresses, importance of education and strict rules that legal action would be taken in the parent/guardian if the child is denied the basic right to education will make sure every child will study.

but its a step towards ur goal.

the most effective way will be can be from computers i think.every youth every child loves to play or to operate it.they should be made aware of the importance of education. they should be involved in various creative actities also.dedication of teachers towards their job should also be told. various discussions can also be done among themselves only so that the queries are solved.they should education should not be aimless,certain goal should be fixed. school should not remain only school.....

Such poor children should be awarded with extra points on participating in school curricular activities as well as on passing their yearly exams. This points should helpful for get admissions on further high school and colleges. This points are to be given on certificates and toll free numbers provided to students so that they can report their eligibility for getting it. Quota system can be replaced with this system.

FIRST STEP: you should calculate per head expenditure on every child for mid day meal. NEXT: The amount incurred for such expenditure should be transferred to a/c under JAN DHAN YOJNA Of guardian of such children. This will encourage the parents to get their child admitted to school. And on the other hand it will prevent the wastage of mid day meal resources ,black marketing and false accounting…

To encourage for study to poor and EBC middle class people,Free study,Books, Breakfast/Lunch etc. as per availability should be provided, further, scholarship to all the eligible should be given.After joining school,student should be catagorised as per efficiency,calible,keen of study,and not willing to study. The student who are efficint and competent, it should be given systematic and scientific advance education with all infrastructure,while other should be encouraged by fulfilling the need.

Sir, I have a few humble suggestions: 1.First of all, we should have a thorough system to spot such youth in each and every village. That should be the responsibility of the village officer/ Grama Panchayat secretary in village level and Collector in the district level. 2.We should conduct motivation programmes in each district for bringing them to main stream. 3. The village officer/District collector who do not meet the target should be penalised. 4.Let us review the results in 3 months.

I feel that spending fund through reputed NGO s is better than spending thorough government agencies for the literacy improvement and education programmes because govt. employees are not target oriented and there is much delay in decision making.More over it will be more cost effective than bureaucratic machinery.

sir,present system of education need complete transformation,our primary education should start with play,music,read and wright,understand Indian culture,spiritual story telling for making good human being,yoga.secondary education about maths,geography,language,minimum education of electrical, carpentry,farming,plumbing,firstaid service,as per situation.third step collage based on subject of interest like that we need prepare complete syllabus of 15 year of education otherwise it is waste of al
