To improve education level in India we should focus on education level of Govt. schools because in spite of good remuneration & facilities available to Govt. school staff education level is very poor as compared to Private/ Public schools. Govt. should make it compulsory for Govt. Employees that their children can only study in Govt. Schools only then we can expect good education system/ level of govt. school.

following measures should be taken: 1. reservation based on income rather than on caste,because most of the people don't join any school or college because of the lack of money. 2. awareness among the people,specially in rural areas with the help of NGOs. 3. attractive prize competitions based on knowledge in backward areas will create a tendency of competition amongst the people. 4. setting up schools in rural areas with qualified teachers.

Sensitization of the staff in government schools is very important.What I usually found in my conversation with these people was that these students are held back because they were too apprehensive to disturb the status quo. Govt schools must contain smart classrooms & teachers who are teaching must have highest degree level(TGT/PHD).world class teaching should be created. There should be proper environment for studies & teachers are directly responsible for that. I am sure people who grown up in this environment will definitely come out with flying colours.

We need more schools and class rooms, more blackboards, desks and chairs, but most importantly, we need many inspiring and motivated teachers to teach in our primary schools, high schools, colleges and universities. We have huge shortage of teachers in every level of education. Therefore we need a society in which teachers are respected, honoured and not subjected to humiliation that we see many times in many parts of the country. Currently, parents want their kids to be anything but teachers.
