EDUCTION SHOULD BE MADE AS THAT OF VOTING THAT MEANS A RIGHT AND AN ESSENTIAL THING WHICH EACH SHOULD POSSESS .THE LICENSE OF THE CHILD LABOUR INSTITUTIONS SHOULD BE BANNED AND SEVERELY PUNISHED.GOVERNMENT CAN ADOPT ATLEAST 100 STUDENTS FROM A GROUP OF VILLAGE PER ANNUM AND SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THEIR EXPENSES GIVING FREE EDUCATION .A COUNT OF 100/YEAR WILL SURELY INCREASE THE LITERATURE RATE OF INDIA WITHIN FEW DECADES.PLEASE TAKE MY OPINION INTO ACCOUNT TO HELP THE POOR.

All the schools or colleges should be business firms-cum-study centers. They must be producers of some product . The profit generated should solely be used for upliftment of the school. In that case, nothing or minimal amount can be charged from the students. It is not a child's fault that he is born in a finacially backward family. No child should be left behind just because their parents can't afford .

#YouthDevelopment Keeping the schools near decent areas will help. But there are villages where the primary schools are getting shifted near areas like cemetery. How the primary school children could be able to feel comfortable near such area? The contrary is,the private/TDTA run schools were able to get the decent places inside villages whereas the panchayat owned government schools were pushed to the outskirts of villages. This shows the lack of panchayat participation and thinking towards schools

Govt should run preprimary school seriously. And engagement of teacher in non teaching activities should b stopped. In school where 2 teacher r teaching hardly present for 18 days and single teacher control 4 classes then u could think what would b standard of education where 1 teacher control more than 6o students .and arrangement of mid-day meal is mandatory
