'MicroLearning' program should started in INDIA. In this program a 45 min short film is made through animation or casting of actors on the particular topic. As a child capture more fast through seeing & listening. This program can be a milestone in Childs development. After each short film 15-20 min brakes should be given for child enjoyment. As a continuous watching of film can even bore him or effect the Childs health. Brake after each film maintains his interest in d topic. #YouthDevelopment

focus, encouragment and support from parents..training the teachers in such a way that he taeches as per requirement, upgrading skills of the teachers, regular programs like"training the masters who inturn train the real india".a good teacher should be the best student.with out continous updation of the skills, with out imparting values and ethics to a child and mere translators of matter from text books to students is less effective.teachers should be friendly with much focus on health information.

respected sir, home is the first school.in this fast running world, rural parents are lack of much new info and technology.in view of their works, some with illiteracy have less idea about oppurutunities, the real strength and weakness of their own kids.for any program the new govt is moving literacy in rural adults is equally important.the general features of every new proggram, policy, scheme must be informed to both implementors and the end users.with out that nothing change can happen on groud.

There are different ways to become a literate person. Education is one of them, but its not the only one. We have lots of schools/collages promoting only education and that is one of the main reason of unemployment we should now start investing in institutions that promote sports, art, drama etc. as it would encourage and would distribute everyone in different fields so that it does not create a big competition. And should also try to improve the education system as students only focus on exam.

I have been travelling to Rural part of India on Weekends to guide Students on how to improve there learning abilities. So far I could reach 17,005 Students. They had very less idea on how and in what way the Subjects they Study are helpful in real life... They are Studying (just trying to remember) for Exams not for Learning / Understanding. This has to change else the purpose of Education itself is lost. Tip: Help Students to know the importance of Learning. Rest all will fall in place. JG

Gd evening sir, I am concerned about the corruption in education system. Sir a person with fake degree can be a law minister then u can imagine whats happening on ground level. Sir 90% competitive exams r prone to Corruption .In most of the exams like ssc, RAS, Banking, Upsc , medical exams, people hire a person to give their exams. In these most of the people are from UP, BIHAR ,HARYANA. Sir please do look into this problem as it is degrading our system. Thanks sir
