A hotspot is a place that offers Internet access over a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) through an Internet service provider using Wi-Fi technology. Public Wi-Fi hotspot allows the citizens to get free access to internet on their smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other mobile devices.

To make Delhi a smart and connected city, suggestions are invited on the major public places in Delhi where a free public Wi-Fi hotspot is most required for internet access. A maximum of 5 public places in Delhi may be specified per entry. The inputs can be provided in text, .doc or .pdf format.

Last date for sending your suggestions is 15th November, 2014.

Make uniform road tax for all the vehicles instead of paying road tax for every state when people are moving one state to another.

Inside the metro, particularly where it runds underground as mobile network isnt feasible. Further, it would be helpful if the airport and the Train Station could also provide free Wi-Fi.

There is a idea- The whole land and properties of India should be digitalized in 3D and assigned a- 1. Aadhar No of owner 2. Property Type 3. Market value This will solve - 1. Many Cases in the courts 2. Under paid income tax 3. many frauds and loan issues.

Make provision or make a separate ministry of translation to reach all good governance ideas to all in 30 Indian languages that more than 1 million Indians speak and 1652 dilects. Citizen have a right to know what is happening. That is best stimulus for progress.

Our ideas can reach to all in Tamil nadu when they are told in Tamil. Our ideas can reach to all in Kerala when they are told in Malayalam. Manki baat and prime minister's messages must go in all Indian languages and dilects with help of All India radio, Akash wani tanslators.

Ignorance is also along with poverty responsible for malnutrition deaths . We need to reach necessary knowledge to all in 1652 dilects and 30 languages that more than 1 million Indians speak. We need a seperate ministry of health education. We need 1 % GDP budget for health education. INdia needs MMR vaccine. The costs are little more than current Measles vaccine that we give. It prevents mumps, the commonest cause of brain fever called encephelitis, that every one get. SOme get deafness, sterility, pancreatitis etc.Delhi, Goa, Pondicherry, Kerala, etc. give MMR to all children at their cost. We too should.
