Min. of Personnel should be made an autonomous body otherwise it works for only Central Secretariate Service Staff. For Example, the said ministry clears Cadre Restructuring for CSSS without any delay as they are also belongs to the same. Whereas for others, they follow the procrastination method to avoid giving the due benefits. Moreover there should not be "Divide and Rule" policy in central Govt service. All Cadre should be Organized service. There should not be any non-organized cadre.

Delhi is a place of historic importance. I feel that when the tourists arrive in India and visit all these places they should have the information on the go instead of relying on fake guides. The other places where it is needed are the IT parks then its use will be more transparent. After all we don't want the internet to be used for all the wrong reasons by installing it at any knook and corner of this beautiful city.

In all the govt. offices where people go for day to day work. like - DTO, Poll Centers, Adhar Card centers, etc. One more thing, there should be a poster or a kind of information over there how to obtain a particular service. The steps should be addressed clearly. What happen today is when we reach the concerned office to obtain a service we even don't know where to go, to whom we need to meet or which form should we get filled or from where to get it ???
