A hotspot is a place that offers Internet access over a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) through an Internet service provider using Wi-Fi technology. Public Wi-Fi hotspot allows the citizens to get free access to internet on their smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other mobile devices.

To make Delhi a smart and connected city, suggestions are invited on the major public places in Delhi where a free public Wi-Fi hotspot is most required for internet access. A maximum of 5 public places in Delhi may be specified per entry. The inputs can be provided in text, .doc or .pdf format.

Last date for sending your suggestions is 15th November, 2014.

The problem of illegal occupation of government land ,forest land railway land is really very great .This is due to apathy of local administration.Why the action is not taken at that time when people occupy these lands .In Faridabad the forest land by the side of Gurgaun canal has been occupied by peoples and it is creating lot of porblems to the traffic and to the safety of the peoples Congress has nothing I hope Our government will do to remove these illegal occupation

I think, Mr. Modi Government should make a Toll free number with the care department for PAN India, Specially for Women (Rural & City) to help for corruption, security etc.-Thanks...

I think, CP and ITO is major area to create Wi-Fi hotspot over there to help citizens. they can access to use their requirements. and the most things here, Wi-Fi hotspot should be every ware in Delhi NCR. because women can take help from their security purpose also. Thanks'

Food Department(i.e. FSSAI) should be make corruption free because whenever you call for help in Tall Free number the give you another Number of Department instead of solving Querry and the Noumber given by the Help desk person there is no responce from department i.e. nobody will give the answer to your call. Another problem is that the same querry is raised by the department and if you will give bribe than all the querry will solve automatically this is magic.
