Telecom Regulatory Authority of India must ban first all prepaid and postpaid commercial unipack call tarriffs, then call drops measurement is also viable for consumer on guard. Merely asking for suggestions donot make sense. Allow only combination of tarriffs packs for consumers be it a prepaid or postpaid. Consumer must not loose money, on data, on call, on text.

For setting up of industries cool off period for industries are to be given. There should be period of atleast five years offered to companies where they will be charged no taxes and only a small charge to be taken from them so that they can settle them. Once they will settled it will not only boost job growth but also develop the area where it will be established.

Local telecom manufacturing will require a big pool of trained communications engineers which is not available in India and needs to be addressed first. Incentives are a great way to lure engineers. Foreign collaboration will improve engineering ecosystem and will also attract FDI. Significance of this self-reliant telecom manufacturing needs widespread awareness. Waive GST on telecom and internet services as these are now essential services and this will encourage organizations to participate.
