The agency can take action against companies who have broken the Advertising Code. The agency would be able to sort out any problems one has with goods or services which bought as a result of an advertisement, with the exception of some situations where one bought by distance sale. If there’s some wrong with goods or services, one should try and sort out with the trader one bought them from. However, if the content of advertising material coaxed one to buy something. Then this should be fixed.

Misleading advertisements are largely in the domain of unregulated products like AYURVEDA which can be manufactured and sold without any testing or QC or FDA regulations. The menace of unprofessional and non-scientific methods should be immediately regulated as per the constitutional mandate. Today any baba without the bare minimum brain of qualifying a matriculate examination is selling sugar & salt mixtures under claim of ayurvedic treatment. Majority ad in most newspapers sell ayurveda only

govt. must put strict terms and conditions under which all the producing unit should work and there should be strict rules against the exaggeration made by seller.and the most important thing is that promote swadeshi goods and reduce the domination of foreign goods.if swadeshi goods will be produced it will automatically lead to the reduction in misleading advertisement because swadeshi will be produced under strict govt. censorship.

For each product "TERMS & Conditions" must be part of advertisements and it should be in normal form i.e. voice should not be hurried so that public can understand the product application and letter size (if displaying) must be in normal size so that people can able to read.
