Misleading advertisements, tricks gullible consumer in purchasing the products and services which are often health hazards or substandard in quality, for example – various pills/food supplements, fairness creams, etc.  The Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India having its office at New Delhi, would not be able to check the menace of misleading advertisement without the active participation and help from the State Governments, local self-Governments and the Police department of the States. These authorities are expected to intensify their action against the misleading advertisements as also the misleading advertisers on their own or once altered by the voluntary consumer organizations.

Media is a good medium to disseminate information but at the same time bad if allowed to become master of the situation. In many cases the investigators, police and other authorities part with information to media which the media publishes hurriedly to the detrimental interest of all. Even security steps initiated when terrorists struck Trident Hotel were relayed by media without application of mind, helping terrorists to attack our security forces. Govt. should Set code of conduct for media.

Why not Seceretary , joint sec , directors, section officers and desk officers of each ministry be brought on one what's group list where each and every paper received from citizens are processed online . First the desk officer will scan from his mobile the paper and write his comments and forward to his senior . Similarly his senior will also do. Thus the senior most competent authority can approve on the what's group itself and pass the message down for the order issuance.

The intimation and randomised verification model of governance are far better than approval and NOC model . Let our govt publish guidelines and conditions for doing all businesses on single portal . If any one digitally files an affidavit linked to his aadhar card with OTP on his mobile , he can start the business without any approval . Let the applicant give an online undertaking that he has read all terms and conditions and will comply with in this date.

No advertisement of products and services should be allowed in the print, electronic and social media or at any place which has not been guaranteed by the advertisement regulatory body of india .

No one has right to make false claims or promises in the public life . Neither politicians nor products and services providers to people . The manifesto of political parties may be made justiciable so that erring and misleading promises made to woo voters , if remain unfulfilled , can debar those political parties to fight elections

The advertisements should be brought under proper Screening Board(s) which may be set up to help people get rightly informed information rather than elusive technically moulded advertisements with (conditions apply) in the small letters down at the left or right corner n that too with mentioning the conditions.

Respected PM SH. Narendra Modi sir The discussion on board exams @Mann ki baat-5 was a very interesting talk which gave encouragement to all the students preparing for exams. We students will always carry ur good wishes with us while appearing in our exams. Here, one thing I want to request to u sir is that u please hold back the decision on increasing education cess as announced by the hon'ble Finance Minister Sh Arun Jaitley, as it will deprive the poor people of education.

The primary project of MyGov should be a portal where public can record their grievances, where they can share proofs of corruption, details of crimes they have witnessed etc. let's call it www.darpan.gov.in. Public can login their with their aadhar number and disclose details of fraud, crime and corruption. Again this portal should be linked to aadhar, IT dept, National crime data etc. Within one year 50% of crimes in india will be reduced.

I think reasons for backwardness of india in all fields like illiteracy, corruption, population rise, crimes etc is inadequate laws n their no strict implementation. When we think of any problem, at its route, we find that ther is no law for that. I expect govt to make strict laws n their implementation.
