Give tax benefits to private companies (like Maruti, Tata, ITC etc.) who help build a skill in AADHAR tracked individual. Government authorised agency should take a practical test to validate the claim. Guidelines should be clear about training facility. Also, Employers should be able to search/validate these skills online.

Yes,because our Indian education system is just providing marks oriented education as a student am really feeling bad about this, skills to perform some specific work is so important if we get those skills in our education we will definitely beat any country in any contrast.

Skill development is the mantra for success of MAKE IN INDIA initiative.Like UGC, a seperate body should be there to follow it across the length & breadth of India. Further, the skills development must start from schools depending on the need of the region after a middle education whereby, a student acquires talent for a particular skill & gets the job/ starts his own enterprise.Existing Industrial training institutes can be modified to accomodate the changes in skills requirement.

REDUCING THE WORKING HOURS FROM 12 TO 8 PER SHIFT IN SME INDUSTRIES CAN HELP AN INCREASE IN WORK FORCE REQUIREMENT BY ABOUT 25-30%. BESIDES, IT WILL HELP IN BETTER HEALTH OF WORKFORCE.PRESENTLY, FOR 12 HOURS WORK, A PERSON HAS TO SPEND ABOUT 14-15 HRS INCLUDING TRAVEL TIME. IT REDUCES THE TIME AVAILABLE FOR HIS FAMILY & SOCIAL INTERACTIONS, LEADING TO MANY SOCIAL/ FAMILY PROBLEMS.ALTHOUGH, IT WILL PUT SOME ADDITIONAL WORK BURDEN ON EMPLOYERS, BUT CAN GENERATE AMPLE EMPLOYMENT.

Further, utilisation of workforce to be utilised in a better planned way by co-operation with Panchayats for development of infrastructure required for rural development as per need. It will lead to better utilisation of funds under the scheme. A more vigiliance is required for any scheme to get its optimum benefits.Constant audits should be encouraged by using technology, rather than delaying the audit process. It will help in quick rectification of mistakes. States should take more advantage.

What a labour wants from a scheme...easy payments every week to feed his family. It is deficient in existing MANREGA SCHEME where the workers don't get regular payments. It is delayed. Therefore, it is natural that some people losses interest. Now, with linking the payments by DBT, it will be easier to make the payments. More emphasis on increasing the utilisation of scheme will help in minimising rural unemployment otherwise, there will be a migration towards cities, causing more problems.

Today on International Labour Day, I would like to emphasize on job creation. Because it is one of the most important tool to increase the GDP, increasing the family incomes, thereby creating more demand for products and subsequently helping in setting up of more manufacturing centres. THUS, SUCCESS OF MAKE IN INDIA INITIATIVE. How to create more jobs? I congratulate the government for NAREGA scheme which has created many jobs in rural india. But,deficiencies in scheme has to be covere
