Revise the Technical course Modules for skill development in taking India forward in the 21st century. As per Revise Modules across the country at different levels of technical education after completion of the course, along with technical certificate/diploma etc institutions may provide equivalent educational certificate also like Middle/Metric/ Intermediate etc. thus there should be no need to do the educational certificate courses separately like Middle/High School/Intermediate etc..

There are so many confusion to students and their parents about uncertainty of state and central exam of NIIT or state etc., most of the students have studied local state board syllabus during last two years, so,they cannot face the exam of new scheme properly according to their knowledge and caliber, Government should do appropriate effort and try to make it clear about the test for medical admission, appropriate effort should be done to postpone the new scheme for 1 years in large student int

Very important. We will have to revisit all subjects taught in colleges and include applied skills alone. From domain to interpersonal skills, we will have to ensure our youth are prepared to be global citizens. Ask them what they want to do in their careers and create a single monitoring system to track their progress. Remove non-value added subjects that has not created employment or contributed to R&D from colleges. Elective subjects/topics have to be added from schools.

The Indian consulates and embassy can creat a regulatory frame work for certifying their skills by host country based training institutes before the worker is cleared for employment abroad. The cost of this training and testing should be paid by the recruiting company of the host country. In absence of any such control the worker is horribly exploited where he goes to work.

Skills being given to candidates in construction related works (masonry work, plaster, form work, Stella work, carpentry, painting, machinery operations etc) are NOT skilling them to be employed in foreign countries ( Middle East, Europe ,Australia ) therefore they are selected for employment but exploited in salary in the host country. Skill training must be tuned such that the worker is acceptable in the host country of employment. The Indian consulates must creat a regulatory frame work ....
