Skill development through Apprentice Training is answer for long term solution. We all must focus our attention towards apprenticeship to acquire skills and become world leader in 21st century. Short term courses or training will have very little chances to give live long skill for livelihood.

NCC teaches us how to walk, talk and makes a person completely smart. A person trained at NCC never fails in life and always ready to face any kind of challenges in life. Truely its amazing. Here we get a chance for adventurous activities which nowhere else is possible. It makes a complete man.I feel really sad that my school didn't give me an opportunity to be a cadet of NCC. And its not only me but many.I feel it should be made compulsory in each and every school and colleges. Jai Hind.

The need of the hour is to synergize the efforts and resources to provide a feasible platform for vocational education and skill development. The ideal way forward will be to seek partnerships that will strengthen the process of quality and inclusive education.

We should focus more on applied education rather on making parrots with conventional education which is of no use. Please change the education system which always force us to be either 1st,2nd etc. Which is not helping either children or society. Please develop India's need focus education system which should encourage more innovation, research and learning. We even know what is the quality of of research program in most of the university. Please improve from grass root level fr skill development

21st century is of India but we are still not prepared for it and going very slow in skill development, which is one of the key factor of success. We have now lot of opportunities in various areas but when we try to hire resource it takes many times more than 6month to 1 year to make that resource really productive after providing in-house training. Which any company would not like to prefer.so we will loose our edge. My suggestion industry customised education or skill to be develop.
