at education entry, job entry levels in every field, quality checks such as National level entrance exam should be held; results shd be transparent and with no discrimination, keeping all in the same platform. this will ensure good public service and quality in public life.

on one side, people cry for quality health care; on the other side, same people deplore or condemn quality in medical education; only meritorious candidates who qualify thro national level entrance exam, irrespective of caste color, creed, region, religion- should under medical education; If any compromise is made in entry level by reservation or other discrimination, health care system suffers with poor or low quality doctors only; implement national level entrance early in all fields.

Skill development should not only usher in technical innovation it needs to start with creative thinking from the 1st standard which can be made possible with creative activities like plastic moon building blocks, drawing & painting, Jigsaw puzzles, and further going in architectural games, mental stability through Yoga at early morning exercises. For younger generation skill development must concentrate on 8-10th standards with a technical subject like computers & engineering drawing.

Skill Development would get a boost only if a 3 year diploma becomes same as 3 year degree. So our focus should be 3 years of learning, even if it is a set of 3 one year courses. Let education be free of these numbers. This would let people learn what they want instead of acquiring certificates. A lot of skills required by the country do not have formal learning systems in place. So what must a student do? Learn unnecessary things & be certified in them, or learn from uncertified sources?

Better skills mapped to industry requirement, better jobs for students and better service delivery for industry, resulting in more industry and foreign work flowing in. Better skilled youth of today are the pillars of success for a country today and tomorrow. We need to replace the old traditional curriculum of the Indian education system with modern and new courses. We the industry veterans can join hands to design better skill development courses for our youth. We are doing so last 3 years.

I have some suggestions in improving skill development. We are aware of krishna's chatur varnyam concept. We can't follow exactly because the whole India is mixed race. But if we gene mapping and from birth on wards able to find the type of genes of the person since in the early all 4 pure races got mixed and we have only shades of brown and black and mostly of intellectual workers. If you are able to identify administrators and entrepreneurs and give them specific special skill training to them

#TransformingIndia Respected Sir we understand that there is a huge Gap between the current education system and the actual industry requirement. In this regard NASSCOM have even taken some steps to fulfill the skill gaps n the Cyber World. I suggest a new curriculum for the degree colleges which would truly cater to fulfill the Gaps between Industry and Current Education System. I would like to propose syllabus designed by the industry veterans and not educationalist.
