Dear Sir, I would like to thank you for inviting normal people to give suggestions on skill development. Countries like USA, Germany and South Korea have high skilled workforce. In our country it is easy to find Engineers, MBA's, Commerce and Arts graduates but very hard to find a very good Carpenter, plumber, electrician and mason. It's good to concentrate on higher education but the time has come to include vocational education from grade 9th so that they can stand on their own feet.

why we not plan for only one syllabus for each state and central university for example you take engineering (b.tech) there are many university have b.tech and number of different syllabus this is not correct. for b.tech only one university and one syllabus we want. like this all education courses

Tell me how can u make india skilled without standard labs, well qualified faculties and updated syllabus in terms of technology Are u kidding LOL I just want to say authorities are unconcerned with wats goes in colleges even in IIT and NIT not only labs but professors are also masing lol I can tell u the list of dermmed universities who granat u degree in back date of m.tech or phd in around 1 lakh loofl Is ghis skilled India??

Talking about rajasthan there are 125 engg colleges and only 15%have m.tech or phd as faculty This is how u will make india skilled when there is no infrastrusture and teachers to teach engineering Private colleges pay 8k to b.tech faculty LOL and pay 8lakhs to AiCTE to get registred by fraud with improper education system Go and visit any college by yourself and talk to students there All is hell out there Plz think abt it

Hi my comment is purely my view I am a professor in an engineering college in CS dept Let me come to fact When i finished my engineering i was simply a 12th passout in terms of practical knowledge Reason was our syllabus was not updated or reviewed by concerned government authorities 90% of engineering colleges lacks proper labs 95% lacks faculties Rules are there by AICTE but private engineering colleges are hiring b. Tech freshers students as faculty to save money I m not done talking

skillked person always do work very easily , very faster & save time . because time is money but money not given time , therefore the work do timely is very important for citizen chatar. important thing is country want motivation not a reservation.
