In respect to coal sector more efficient, I want to suggest that, it is good to increase in production of coal, I want to suggest that, the govt. have made transparent policy and earned the good amount for giving contract for production of coal, the strategy should be made to increase maximum production of coal with effective planning, No coal site should lack in production should be carefully observed and control, further, it should be provided for production of electricity & others quickly

SPECIALISED SKILLS TO BE IDENTIFIED FOR VARIOUS AREAS & DEVELOPED WITH A THRUST ON MODERN METHODS OF WORKING, BETTER QUALITY & USING TECHNOLOGY FOR FASTER WORK.EACH LARGE INDUSTRY CAN BE DELEGATED WITH THE RESPONSIBILITY OF DEVELOPING WORK FORCE IN THEIR AREA OF WORK.PRACTICAL EXPERIENCED HANDS FROM INDUSTRY CAN DO THIS JOB BETTER.THEY WILL BE IN BETTER POSITION TO SPELL OUT THEIR REQUIREMENTS OF WORK FORCE.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT IS VITAL PART OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT & IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR CREATING MAN POWER WITH SUITABLE SKILLS FOR INDUSTRIES, TRADE, AGRICULTURE & OTHER SERVICES.IT ENABLES PEOPLE TO GET EMPLOYMENT WHICH IS PRIME FOR A NATION IN GENERATING GDP, SOCIAL PEACE,HIGH LIVING STANDARS.JUST LIKE UGC, A BODY SHOULD BE CREATED TO MONITOR SKILLS DEVELOPMENT. I believe that each village have some specialised skill. But the colonial rules have devastated them. What we need from the government right now is setting up a separate institution or setup to tap all the skills in a particular place in an ordered manner. The members of the team should go around and record the skills from different parts of the country and make them available for the younger generations.

THE GOVT SHOULD START A NEW COURSE FOR YOUNG BOYS AND GIRLS.THOSE STUDENTS HAVE PASSED HIGH SCHOOL EXAMINATION AND HAVING GOOD HEALTH AND PHISICALY FIT,MAY TAKE ADMISSION IN THIS COURSE. AFTER COMPLETING THE COURSE,THEY CAN WORK AS SECURITY GUARDS IN GOVT AND PRIVATE SECTOR.
