The NITI Aayog-led Shoonya campaign, in partnership with MyGov India, is thrilled to announce the electric vehicles Townhall, an open discussion platform for citizens to share valuable ideas and suggestions to promote and enhance the clean electric mobility ecosystem in India. The Townhall focuses on electric vehicles (EVs) and their associated advantages, including cost savings, clean air, health benefits, and emission reduction.

In line with this initiative, NITI Aayog in collaboration with MyGov, invites input from citizens.

It is well known matter that battery charger is basically depends one out of three basic elements in ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT ,that one of course CAPACITOR,which having ability to do two functions one is charging g the capacitor Q=V/C ,where C is the capacitance and discharging the capacitor obeying the following equation for the circuit contains two elements Resistor R & capacitance C So the equation of current obtained through equation I= Io e^ -t/CR Here ofcourse the 1/CR is called the time constant of the circuit.During the charging of the capacitor the equation become RI + $idt /C= E .Basically this science involved in case of BATTERY CHARGER .Right now make sure TECHNOLOGY improvement took place in up to label best so that all vehicles like TOTO ,SCOOTI even four wheelers has come in to the market. Most of the advantages of such electrical battery based vehicle having great economical advantage and help ful to reduce carbon emissions in the ENVIRONMENT so that our ENVIRONMENT CLEAN.

With regard to two wheelers, in Kerala, KSEB has done a commendable work in installing charging stations on electric poles along major roads. However, this approach may not work for 4 wheelers. At the earliest, we must implement battery swapping facility, to facilitate and reduce charging downtime.

RESPECTED PRIME MINISTER OF BHARAT AND PRESIDENT MADAM OF BHARAT. SIR ITS VERY SIMPLE AREA OF PAY PARKING WHICH ARE UNDER THE ALL BRIDGE SPACES SHOULD BE GIVEN TO A CONTRACTOR LIKE HUGE COMPANIES LIKE TORRENT AND MANY ARE THERE BRIDGE DOWN SPACES SHOULD BE GIVEN FOR ELECTRIC VEHICAL CHARGING. ONE SIDE PARKING AND SECOND SIDE ELECTRIC CHARGING. MANY MANY BRIDGES ARE THEIR AND THE BRIDGE WHICH IS BIG SHOULD BE GIVEN MAINLY FOR EV CHARGING AND SIR WHICH PRIVATE PLOTS WHICH ARE GIVING PAY PARKING CAN BE START FOR EV CHARGING . COMPANIES HIGHER PLOTES AND EV CHARGING AND PAY PARKING BOTH CAN BE USE IN PRIVATE PLOTES...SIR AND ALSO SOLAR ROOFS SHOULD BE MADE ON ALL BIG AND HUGE BUILDINGS WHICH HAD A GREAT TERACES SO THEY CAN HAVE MORE ELECTRICITY... LIKE MALL AND HUGE TARACES SHOULD BE USE FOR PARKING AND ELECTRIC EV CHARGING...LIKE FOREIGN COUNTRIES ARE USING TARACES OF BUILDING...

Infrastructure Development: Invest in a robust charging infrastructure across urban and rural areas to alleviate range anxiety and encourage electric vehicle (EV) adoption. Incentives and Subsidies: Implement attractive financial incentives, subsidies, and tax breaks to make electric vehicles more affordable, fostering widespread adoption. Awareness Campaigns: Conduct nationwide awareness campaigns to educate the public about the benefits of electric mobility, dispel myths, and promote environmental consciousness. Government Fleet Transition: Lead by example and transition government vehicle fleets to electric, showcasing commitment and providing a market for electric vehicle manufacturers. Research and Development Grants: Encourage innovation in electric vehicle technologies by providing grants and support for research and development initiatives.

Enhance EV charging accessibility by widespread distribution, integration with daily activities, and fast-charging technologies. Develop user-friendly apps, adopt universal charging standards, and foster public-private partnerships. Incentivize businesses, prioritize accessible locations, and incorporate EV infrastructure into urban planning. Promote awareness to encourage adoption and streamline the transition to electric mobility.

The Stone Age did not end because we ran out of stones. It ended because people invented alterative tools made of bronze, and iron. • The oil age would end with millions of barrels of oil still underground. The present scheme of Pradhan Mantri Suryodaya scheme is only applicable for citizens of an annual income of 1.5 lakhs. Strongly recommend that the scheme should be applicable across the board to all citizens. It would be prudent to reduce the GST and other tax levied on Solar panels to ZERO as that would be an incentive to entrepreneurs to invest in the manufacturing of solar panels. Also strongly recommend reduce the customs duty on import of EV busses to zero and the road tax on EV busses should also be reduced to zero to enable the entrepreneurs to ply more EV busses on the roads, this would cut down the transportation cost of the citizens of the nation and cut down pollution

Technology of batteries, their charging time, methods, capacity, software controls are growing to lower issues. However, I suggest following 1) Every public parking place should provide charging facility eg. Theatres, Institutions, Road side parking, gardens, offices, malls etc. 2) Incentivise facility providers, make attractive business model. 3) Let every EV roof be solar panel, by rule. Let it share excess power back to grid commercially. charging station units can be designed accordingly. 4) Overhead electric cables can be mandated for heavy vehicles, on highways to begin with. 5) Innovations in battery technology to be promoted with attractive rewards. 6) Small Portable charging units or vehicle mounted units can be promoted as a new business. 7) Bicycle, mopeds which is a lifeline for micro businesses, lower class will charge their life where domestic charging works.
