I have few suggestions to strengthen the passport system:- 1. Eliminate the process of asking a documents which General public is not able to provide like “Annexure B” on the letter head of the listed officers along with their ID proof. When government officials don’t provide the proof, then why this requirement. Instead we should find an alternative to avoid public harassment and smooth process.

I have few suggestions to strengthen the passport system:- 1.A followup call will be arranged to the applicant on the user experience throughout the passport application journey. This will show you the satisfaction level of the user. How well the Indians are satisfied with the process.

I have few suggestions to strengthen the passport system:- 1.Make a central system which allows people to apply for their passport from any PSD/RPO instead of their dependency on their respective PSK/RPO. The respective office will then initiate the verification to the applicant town. 2.We need to figure out as how to eliminate Police Officers inquiry because they take bride from 500 bucks to 2000 bucks as standard rate for the verification. Or lets found an alternate way to tackle it.

From a needle to missile of isro, every sector has the role of design which also deal with innovation and technology defining new shapes ,form and structure. It is my request to you to add design as a sector to be discussed in forum. It should have a separate place to discuss in the "mygov.in" discussion panel, just like the other sectors like agriculture , art and culture, education , science and technology ,etc are mentioned in the "category of discussion panel ".
