The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi recently addressed a webinar to detail a roadmap for effective implementation of the provisions related to DIPAM in the Union Budget 2021-22.

Addressing the webinar, the Prime Minister said this budget had put forward a clear roadmap to take India back to the high growth trajectory.

In the next five years, as India prepares to spend ₹111 trillion to upgrade its infrastructure through the National Infrastructure Pipeline, a clear roadmap for investments need to be drafted.

This would not only create new investment opportunities but also generate immense employment opportunities in every sector.

We seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the implementation of the Budget Provisions in the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management.

The last date of submission of ideas is 31st March 2021.

The budget is the lifeblood of the country. This budget is for many rural youth. Many factories should be set up to eradicate unemployment. Women at home should be encouraged to take interest free loans.

Contd---Tunneling will save fuel & time for ever.Tunneling in hard rocks can generate construction materials for both roads and for sale if it's excess.Tunneling speed & bridge construction for both railways, highways will elevate countries capabilities to a higher level.Even if you borrow from international lending countries with low interest and long term payment. It will compensate fluctuating currency & fuel cost by reducing fuel consumption. This is my assumption could be right or wrong.

We are averaging 30 Kms of highways per day on national basis. The normal bottle neck is bridge construction and tunneling. If we can upgrade availablity of new generation equipments on lease or producing within the country on a large scale. As fuel savings is a must depending on the traffic density. On an average every 3km distance reduced for a truck 1 ltr of fuel is saved.Where heavy regular cargo movement is there with elevation. Contd---

Sir,we indians do well in our own investment and management of self properties but miserably failed to so for govt or public properties. why so dualness and duplicity happen to us? It's our collective failure on human resource management in india. Japanese and Chinese r very upright in this matter and they deal it with iron fist and harvesting the profit of better investment and infrastructure management now. their institutions r value based but our crony mindset have made us digesting all best.

Maximum two comments/suggestions/ideas on topic to be discussed should be taken for calculating points. Some are seeing writing many times sometimes irrelevant too only to get points which is wrong. Those seriously studying and writing will leave mygov.in once for all. Only quality and right answers should get points.
