Misappropriation of VAT by giant distributors should be tackled with iron hands, as this is the main cause which is eating up the opportunity of jobs for crores of people who could have been working with small distributors. A few people have spoiled the entire distribution market. State govts are fail to tackle this menace. VAT must be handed over to central excise department to have control over it or GST should be introduced with taking into note of these shortcomings.

There must be some stringent rules on distribution structure and the pricing patterns of giant companies.All distributors should be sold goods with equal margins. In order to increase sales companies follow variable rates policy, which destroys the opportunities for smaller entrepreneurs hence resulting in loss of opportunity of jobs to crores of people who could have been appointed by these distributors.

Small entrepreneurs should be provided loans with subsidised interest rates, so that they can at least survive from the tough competition from giant companies in any field. Today the strategy is that giant companies are appointing giant distributors who are eating up smaller ones due to their working at least margins and eating up them by entering into smaller cities too. They are earning through VAT missappropriation modes and It has become very difficult for small distributors to survive.

SME & MSME creates job for youth. They are dependent of Big Industry or Public sector Units. Most of the PSUs are sick.Like HMT Ltd Tractor division Pinjore in Haryana.HMT Industrial Area is located for feeding the component to HMT Pinjore. But there is no Working Capital and workers have not get their salary for 9 months. Govt should pump in fund to make it in working condition and let hmt Tractor be exported to foreign country to earn revenue and SME& MSME can also prosper and create

link the technical education with industry training in last semester..and ask the industries to recruit from their trainees. for example:select a college A and recognize its link industry according to the courses it provides.As the last semester students do their industrial training in their respective industry which can also be a part of their final project.this way industries can also recognize the best talent available and students can also be benefited.

Encourage India to use articrafts and handlooms and apparels made by tribal communities based on their culture and traditions and unique recognition.

First of all we have to reach out at the entroprenure in rural sector with its effectiveness with promotional chair at block level, each panchayat office hve enough Database/information for public Knowedge,that they need not to leave Villege for survival.They canstart anny pf the business. One promotional Officer in each block to bring them the facility with single window permition & MSME clearance to bank approval(here people fails 70%,I am also aVictim since 2 yrs.),Then only it works.

We are a MSME in Navi Mumbai. We had gone through the draft MSME Amendment Bill NCEUS Ce11/4/2010-Pt dt.20th November, 2014 circulated by Mr. Madhav Lal, Secretary MSME ministry. This Draft Bill had all the safe guards for the survival of MSMEs. But it seems that under pressure from Corporates and Banks all these amendments have been deleted from the actual bill No 85 of 2015 which has been tabled in the Lok Sabha by the Hon Minister Mr. Kalra
