RMG sector is labour intensive, must be given support for exports, specially now to fill in the gap being created by overseas buyers turning away from China due to increased costs. Recent FTP announced has withdrawn the rewards under MEIS for exports to South American countries under Group B, against earlier 4% against special FMS. As this region is very far with prolonged transit times, it is difficult to penetrate there. This new FTP is a complete disaster atleast for South America.

Only less than 1% of the companies jobs are available online for everybody to apply. so all the graduates apply for the same and 99.9 % are jobless and depressed. Most of the job portals charge tonnes of money to list a job. We created a free job portal spending 50 Lakhs to maintain the site now we have 300K job postings from 45K companies by keeping it free. Want Government to reissues the same. www.way2jobz.com

Hi India, I am Prathima and I have a very small plan which can be implemented by every firm, “Spilt the tasks and assign them according to the priority”. Check the skills and abilities of the individuals; also jot down they areas of expertise. Because if the right person is not working under right section, he/she might not be so efficient in their current task; once we prove that we are efficient we can eradicate privatization and start Government-ization.

The government should take a survey to find the actual human resource the country have.Their are many qualified professional degree holders in the country .I am an aeronautical engineering degree holder and i am unemployed.I know many peoples like me,actually aeronautical engineering have very lest opportunities in our country, the only chance to use these resources for the development of the country is the implementation of new industries under public sector.
