I am looking for a labor license; I a master's in computer application; I don't have jobs; my domain was database administration; I am unable to survive without a labor license; any suitable license; while employers gave me a job they never paid me; I dropped complain in labor office but they did not settle the money; so just give me a labor license based on my skill set. I have all other valid nationality id cards.
AWS is charging higher for licenses to enlist a profile but I need a license from govt.

India holds skill gap, India holds talent gaps after covid/any recession, India holds credit gaps and India holds trade deficits. so it's a country for 1.3B people 3x of USAs' populations. so capitalistic idealogy doesn't work. china holds 5x of our per capita income with a socialistic centralized ideology. here govt wants to play an idle role and invites all other countries to boost imports. local enterpronure with credit gap failing to push money in the market and intend to collapse while facing competition. govt most likely willing to invest behind nepotism/political based companies and create useless problems for poor / lowe middle cast people. coming out of poverty is very hard. so we need change. BJP already created lobbies like capitalistic countries to benefit the bigger businesses. and those businesses are money thrust and exploit employees. please stop exploiting employees..

A national website exclusively for youths containing information about the Training, Courses and Job vacancies should be there. Registered students can attend the webinars, seminars and workshops and get advice from the experts in various fields.
All MNCs and Start Up companies should start giving placements only to highly skilled and meritorious students instead of giving them jobs on recommendation. Reservation system should be abolished completely. Government should give job only to skilled people in future. No reservation to anyone.
Colleges should send meritorious students to inter college competitions and international competitions and help them to develop their skillset. Teachers and Professors should guide their students and motivate them without any biased attitude.

Our society only encourage people who crame whole book and get 99.9%, exams are important but would require in more meaningful way
Create skill subject necessary in school till 12th would be viable options.
Americans are doing it why not we can do it.
Skill have many options and create enormous opportunities
Options:
Carpentry, hospitality, cooking, hair cutting and many other.
Opportunities:
Government jobs, gulf countries jobs,

it's an old-school Bangladesh model. problem is the credit gap. mudra loan will not help small businesses at all because micro-companies may not pay anything back. it's an elusive step and mostly it will help chattered firms and others rather than the organic farmers' cooperatives. useless.

Government websites are becoming very complex. You can not find the info easily. Frequently used links are not personalized and finding them from 100’s of other links is time consuming tasks. Digital skills can dramatically bring change in the information engineering.
Personas like unemployed, employed, retired, entrepreneur, self employed, farmer etc can be created by grouping related topics. After user login those personas can be derived from Aadharcard and previous tax return. User Experience design is evolving into future Virtual and Augmented Reality.
