landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

Government of India should also concentrate especially film and television industry related to entertainment field this is also billion dollar industry for the employment government should create platform where all people who has interest to do work in entertainment industry those should be connected and government cam utilize so many new talents from places like urban and rural areas for the betterment of people and providing employment opportunities to all sections of the society people for growth oriented mechanism

Example of recycling used plastic pouches. I have collected used plastic pouches from our nearby houses and producing wires from these pouches and making innovative handicraft products like toys and bags using knot techniques.

Res sir स्किल हर क्षेत्र में आवश्यक है फिर चाहे वह सर्विस सेक्टर हो या अन्य।सर्विस क्षेत्र में स्किल की सबसे बड़ी बाधा आरक्षण है ,जिसे समाप्त करना सम्भवतः उचित न हो,इसीलिए कुछ ऐसे सुझाव है जिनसे इसकी मूल भावना को रखते हुए स्किल में improvment किया जा सकता है- 1-आरक्षण का प्रावधान अल्टरनेट वर्ष में किया जाए अर्थात हर दूसरा वर्ष जीरो रिज़र्वेशन ईयर हो 2,किसी भी व्यक्ति को सिर्फ एक बार की नियुक्ति के लिये ही आरक्षण का लाभ लेने दिया जाए,एक बार चयनित होने के बाद वह अनारक्षित श्रेणी में आये, 3,प्रत्येक प्रकार के आरक्षण में क्रीमी लेयर लागू हो जिसमें सीमा 5 लाख rs वार्षिक से अधिक न हो,क्योंकि 8 लाख में तो राजपत्रित श्रेणी के लोग भी पात्र हो जाते हैं 4,समता के मूल अधिकार को बनाए रखने के लिये प्रमोशन में आरक्षण का प्रावधान समाप्त होना चाहिए

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सादर प्रणाम आपके नैतृत्व में खेलों को बढ़ावा मील रहा है। भारत के खिलाड़ी इस ओलंपिक में भी देश का गर्व ओर बढायेंगे ईसपर तो पूर्ण विश्वास है। विनती है की अभी जो संख्या में खिलाड़ी अभ्यास कर रहे हैं उनकी संख्या और बढ़ाई जाए। हर राज्य से 1000 खिलाड़ी चूने जाए उनका प्रशीक्षन और अभ्यास की सुविधा उपलब्ध कर दी जाय तो। दूनीया के सभी खेलों में भारत अपना वर्चस्व स्थापित कर सके। इससे खेलों ईंडीया मीशन ओर प्रभावी रुप से पुर्ण होगा। आभार

About the blackhole sagitarius A see image... Shumans resonance is came from gravitational waves of milkyway centre,,there are 2 blackholes there in tge centre,,,(actually there are no centre in the milkyway&its leading the whole stars of the milkyway,,means its in the front side)....see image...and you will understand why we are seeing Sagittarius A in the centre from earth or from another planet....see image...varun

Most common skill is destroying in community negelets, some of the students always presenting their telents but the students living styles is not matching with the rich community standers, this types of neglegency make the poors hopeless or helpless. So, earnestly request those who have neglect to the poors, kindly stop their proudful behaviours. I mean hare in our private and govt school, colleges and universities needs a subject earn basic knowledge obout socialisms.

Our govt. is developed Networking systems from 2G to 5G, but there are cyber hacking is needs to control. I am happy for Hydrabad Cyber Laboratary techonogies trying to develop their systems and controling cyber crimes. Thanks.
