Sir, In Bhopal there is big issue of saving 1600 trees which are going to be cut for construction of New MLA Rest house.Old rest house is also situated at beautiful place. It was constructed for 320 MLAs .After Chattisgarh only230 remaining out of whom 24 are Ministers & occupy big bunglows. About 20% also live in different colonies. Our suggestion is to demolish old one and do reconstruction at the same place. PLEASE HELP TO SAVE GREENERY OF BHOPAL. SAVE 1600 TREES.

On streets in Hanoi-Vietnam, at least 500 grand old trees that were uprooted without public consultation. The clearance was supposed to be the first phase of the project. It spawned outrage on Facebook in a campaign which gathered 20,000 supporters in 24 hours, some of whom speculated that officials were motivated by the chance of selling the valuable timber. Three days later, the city’s leader put the cutting on hold and later suspended scores of officials & commissioned an investigation.

to reduce degradation of forests which affects climate it is highly necessary that the Government should immediately enlist firewood users for boilers ( coming under IBR regulation and make them use only furnace oil. Govt should p[provide subsidized furnace oil at Inr 20 or give separate incentive in the form of reduction of income tax or tax credits . One ton of oil reduce 5 tons of fire wood.10 million tons of firewood and corresponding forest degradation with this incentive.

anti-india NGOs, funded by foreign sources, should be banned altogether, as they are not allowing economic regeneration of country by instigating local people to resist big developmental projects. MSME sector largely owned by Sc, ST, OBC, minorities is the key to mitigating climate change. FDIs will not create jobs, they come for profits only.Local heritage, century old wisdom, organic farming, cow and animal wealth, vegetarianism will save climate. example -- swadeshi enterprises of patanjali.
