We think immediate need to start cash less economy at our India to prevent our economy and protect our country from terrorist attract/fake currency. Further more we think equal opportunity at employment sector along with priority of merit at employment sector and education sector. At the same time hard punishment against corruption.

As per my opinion Gov should strengthen its quality of Electronic Delivery services (online facility) by increasing server capacity and access because some times due to overload server becomes slow & it creates hurdles. As per my thinking less human interference creates more transparency and less corruption hence more & more govt. services should be made online including all kind of Income tax services, GST services, Banking services,Licence,Passport, Ration Cards even Bus tickets.

I am from Maharashtra and I have seen effective service delivery via aaplesarkar portal. However, the maturity in terms of addressing concerns or grievance is not there. For exmaple.. Sr. officials are hand in glove with Jr. officials and hence no action is taken against frauds/scams/corrupt activities or inaction by Jr. Police does not take FIR even if online complains are send. So have effective e-Governance model - Third party (CVC) such observe deviation and machine learning should be used.
