Dear PM,
Most humbly, we would like to draw your attention towards the Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme provided to Class IX and X ST and SC students in their individual Bank Account No. The Scheme aims to promote secondary education of these students and let them to study higher secondary education. It is indeed a nice scheme to promote education of the financially underprivileged students, under which particularly these students are being benefited largely.

the scheme. They really feel discriminated in this respect. Why this injustice to them?
Discriminating a child from education on the basis of caste is a social evil and will definitely lead to mass agitation. If Govt has set an eligibility of income sealing to get PMS for ST-SC and OBC-SEBC students, then why couldn't the rest other caste students’ cover under the scheme on the basis of income sealing? We hope Govt. of India should take a note of this and consider each and every

On the basis of caste, There are many none ST-SC students who deserve to be covered under the scheme as their financial condition are not good. While orienting the ST-SC students over the scheme at Schools, the none ST-SC economically backward students raise their voice and request to cover them under the

Coming to the scheme, among other eligibility criteria, the income sealing of the parents should be below 2 lakh for ST and 2.5 lakh for SC respectively have been fixed to get enrolled under the scheme. Now if a particular income sealing has been fixed as an eligibility criteria to get enrolled under the scheme then why don't be an other caste student under the same income sealing covered under the scheme? Why this discrimination? Education is for all and should be same for all.
