Dear Modiji, Thanks for all efforts towards good governance... that are changing everyday life of all Indians. One suggestion that affects everybody. "Please provide two way digital meters for electricity use. If we produce electricity at home, we will upload to grid leading to recording at upload meters. Companies can pay us. Make digital meters available for electric vehicles and fuel vehicle owners. We must know how much charge or fuel has been given to us at petrol/electric stations.

This time when I went back to my hometown in Uttrakhand which is a small town Pithoragarh I saw the real work on the ground and the labors working all the way and construction process in continuation. Thanks to the government project like All weather road in Uttrakhand. I hope this project will reduce the death tolls in this hilly region during the rainy season.Earlier I heard from elders govt only remembers hilly states when China shows aggression but now I think this thinking is changing.

There are many government services available to common person. But the problem starts with filling out the forms, red tapesim is the next major hurdle. End Result: people feel nothing is changing. Solution: Pradhan Sevak Kendra for Rural: employ the youth of the village who will fill any government related form and forward to respective department. They will track and get the job done. Positives: Job Creation, reduction in corruption. Hire via private company.
