Indian bureaucrats are not using their initiative because they do not want to risk their job which has resulted in delay in taking decisions. The PM is requested to issue instructions that no one will be penalized for taking initiatives but they will be penalized for DELAY in taking decisions. In this context, please see the example of delay in forming of Empowered Steering Committee for Olympics 2020 for improving India's medal tally as recommended by PM's Task Force headed by Abhinav Bindra

The five positive actions that have been taken that I like are : Demonetisation, GST, a call for doing business ethically in India, emphasis on becoming self confident/ recognising our self worth through the discovery of the strengths inherent in the Indian civilisation and rewriting Indian history by including references to the lives of our saints, great poets, story tellers, kings, and Indian philosophy with its emphasis on "seeking" rather than " believing".

1. A strong PM. The nation is in safe hands, who listens to public sentiment and act.
2. Demonetization effect. Black money holders will think twice
3. GST implementation - The Government monitors the situation closely.
4. An energetic External affairs Ministry under Madame Sushma swaraj.
5. the feeling of goodness, knowing that we are progressing
