Aim should be that no body should sleep without food. Those who can not afford food for family must get free grains for family and every child goes to school.Every poor school going child gets a Stephen of Rs100/ per month.Their should be strict vigilance on payment of Stephen.In body found mismanaging this fund must loose his job and face imprisonment for three years.Amount of Stephen may vary depending upon State's financial position.Mid day meal not good concept when family gets free foodgran

Eat health and safe food Avoid consumption of food that are high in sugar and fat Eat plenty amounts of vegetables and fruits Do yoga and exercise Eat micronutrients rich fiber food Pregnant women should take green leafy vegetables and consume that food which contain high iron. Eat more pluses and legumes

Some suggestions for pregnant women:- I) Nutrition and supplements ~fruits ~vegetables ~ whole-grain breads ~low-fat dairy products • Eat calcium enrich food like almonds, dried beans, dark green vegetables including spinach, broccoli, etc. • Eat iron enrich food like egg , dried fruit ,etc. ** Drink plenty of water. II) Exercise Exercising during pregnancy is very beneficial, regular exercise can help:- ~prevent excess weight gain. ~ improve sleep. ~ increase energy.
